All junior gym memberships require a PT Start-Up session (this is included in your gym membership!).

Once you've completed your membership application, you can booked in by either:

Log in or create an account here, navigate to 'General Bookings', choose your centre, click 'Fitness & Wellness' then 'PT Start UP' and find a day / time that's good for you (don't worry you'll get this information in your confirmation email too)

Call your local centre to get booked in:

Don't worry - if we notice you haven't made your PT Start Up booking, we'll get in contact with you to make sure you get booked in.

Included in your gym membership, you get a free PT Start-Up session (induction). We recommend that everyone completes this, especially all new gym users and anyone who hasn't used the gym or exercised in a while. 

If you choose not to have a PT Start Up, you'll need to agree to our disclaimer.

Thanks for lettings us know, we just need you to read and agree to the below disclaimer to be able to continue:

• I confirm that I am in good health and am aware of exercises I should avoid that could worsen or exacerbate any medical conditions or injuries I have and therefore I can see no reason for me to not take part in physical activity.
• I am familiar with fitness equipment including cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment and free weights.
• I have good exercise technique and understand the importance in doing so.
• I will use the safety features on equipment, using spotters where necessary.
• I will inform staff should I be alone in the gym.
• I will keep staff informed of any changes to my medical details and / or circumstances that may affect my ability to engage in physical exercise.
