Over 50’s bowls is a gentle, low-impact sport that is perfect for people aged 50 and over. It’s a social activity that can improve fitness, coordination, and confidence and is enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. The sport involves rolling biased bowls towards a target (the jack) on a green, aiming to get your bowls closer to the jack than your opponents.

An adult must attend and can either join in the excitement with their child or cheer from the sidelines and one FREE adult can attend per booking.

An organised activity morning based at Lynnsport that includes various coached sports sessions that are suitable for everyone, activities include Badminton, Table Tennis, Aerobics and Squash, and coaching is usually in 6 week blocks.
