Lewis

Specialising in:

  • Weight Loss
  • Falls Prevention Programmes
  • Bodybuilding

My name is Lewis, I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 6 years’ experience in the gym environment. My passion and the area that I most excel in coaching is bodybuilding, weightlifting and body conditioning. My goal is to coach you through your gym journey towards your ultimate goals, providing you with the best knowledge, training styles and dietary advice.

I’m sure I can relate to each of you in one way or another. Growing up I suffered from Osgood-Schlatter’s disease, meaning exercise and movement was painful, leading to me becoming obese, lacking confidence/self-esteem and most of all, not being comfortable with myself.

Then I fell in love with exercising; pushing myself past my limits, achieving goals and proving to myself that I had what it takes to make the change, and that’s what I plan to do for you too.

Over the years I’ve learnt many methods and techniques that will help you manage your weight, recover from injury, increase muscle size and strength as well as help improve your daily energy levels and mental health. Whoever you are, whatever state of fitness you are, I am eager to help you achieve your goals.

Let me leave you with one of my favourite quotes;

“it is a shame for someone to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of what their body is capable of” – Socrates.

I look forward to training with you soon.
