Our Impact
With over 20 FREE community activities each week across the Borough of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, we provide opportunities for West Norfolk to get active, either through session we deliver directly or working with partners and funders for the benefit of the community.
Our Partners
Our Active Community Programmes thrive through the power of partnership by working closely with local clubs, schools, councils and community organisations. This collaborative working allows us to design and deliver inclusive, high-quality activities creating opportunities for the people of West Norfolk to lead healthier, happier lives. These partnerships allow us to share resources, expertise and passion therefore creating programmes that inspire participation, promote wellbeing and strengthen community connections.
Client Testimonies
Testimony #1
“I go to Watlington Only Workout group and the Community Fitness group on a Tuesday morning and absolutely love it! The instructors are very helpful and approachable and work their routines alongside an health conditions within the group! I thoroughly enjoy this and look for ward to a Tuesday morning. Thank you for putting these groups on in villages as well as King’s Lynn.”
Testimony #2
“Social Soccer is great for my kids to meet new children and is so good for their confidence and social skills. It is also great for their fitness.”
Testimony #3
“Your sessions are integral to the support we offer our community, and we would not want to be without them. Joe is basically another team member for us as the young people love him and wait for him to arrive. The sessions are very inclusive to all needs and levels, which is vital here and is why they work so well. Joe’s understanding of our young people is excellent– he gets our ethos and works in the Trauma Informed way that fits with approach. Joe also gets that we are not delivering in a ‘school’ way and so young people need to want to join in. His boundaries are excellent, and he listens to any information we give regarding specific young people and works with it effectively and appropriately.”
